This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The services are divided into 4 lots, allocated by separate contracts. Framework agreements with single-order purchase orders, placed by a public purchaser with minimum and maximum orders, without re-competing when awarding purchase orders, pursuant to Articles R. 2162-4, R. 2162 -13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order.
