The Commissioner (Coventry City Council and Coventry and Rugby Clinical Commissioning Group) is looking to contract with a provider for the delivery of long term home support, specifically for the Sherbourne, Whoberley and Earlsdon suburbs of the City. This will be for Adults and Children that meet national eligibility criteria for social care and Adults eligible for non-complex health funded Continuing Health Care at home.

Support will be for eligible adults and children/young people and will provide personalised care and support to people in their own homes to enable individuals to live independently. The service will also assist carers/parents to maintain their care role.

This contract will be procured under a state of urgency, as permissible under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, brought about by events unforeseeable by the Council.

As such, the ITT will be out to tender for a reduced period.
