The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the modernization of road crossings in the track on Kosmonautów Street under the conditions specified in the Model contract and in accordance with the General Guidelines of the Contracting Authority, Design Documentation and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.

The subject of the contract was divided into the following stages:

1) Basic order - Stage I: Modernization of crossings at the intersection of Kosmonautów Street and Wschowska Street and the intersection of Kosmonautów Street and Złotnicka Street,

2) Order covered by the right of option - Stage II: Modernization of the crossing at the intersection of Kosmonautów Street and Kamiennogórska Street.
