Single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum annual amount set at 100,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The Framework Agreement is renewable per calendar year (from 1 January to 31 December), by express decision of the competent authority of the contracting authority, within the limit of one (1) renewal for a period of twelve (12) months.
