Execution of construction works consisting in the construction and reconstruction of the gas network as part of Stage IV.5 of the Project "Construction of a gas network in the Warsaw Agglomeration"

The contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020. Action: 7.1 Development of intelligent energy storage, transmission and distribution systems. Priority axis: VII Improvement of energy security under the Co-financing Agreement no. POIS.07.01.00-00-0016/16-00 of the Project "Construction of a gas network in the Warsaw Agglomeration", no. POIS.07.01.00-00-0016/16.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a medium and low pressure gas network in the area of Dolna, Piaseczyńska, Konduktorska and Ludowej streets in the capital city of Warsaw – Mokotów District, consisting in particular in the reconstruction of existing steel sections of the low-pressure gas network into a low-pressure polyethylene network using the open trench and drilling method and the reconstruction of existing steel sections of the gas network low pressure on the medium pressure polyethylene network by relining method in Konduktorska Street. Approximately 910.0 m of the existing n/c gas pipeline and approx. 275.0 m of existing n/c connections as well as 21 bolts and 6 units are planned for decommissioning. dehydrators at the red. station and on gas pipelines.

For the execution of Stage IV.5, the Ordering Party made an effective notification of the construction of 31.03.2015, and also started construction within the meaning of the provisions of the Construction Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1202, as amended), which was confirmed by an appropriate entry in the internal construction log.

A detailed description of the contract of the subject of the Agreement and the Contractor's obligations includes:

1) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement,

2) Technical Conditions No PSGWA. ZMSM.763.140.2018.G of 23.04.2018 constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement,

3) The project together with the decision on the building permit constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement

4) Technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Agreement.

Deadline for the performance of the contract: the deadline for the technical acceptance of the works is set at 8 months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, the deadline for the final acceptance of the works is set at 11 months counted from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
