b. design and construction of wind turbine foundations;

c. design and construction of electricity, communications and grounding networks within wind farms;

d. Design and construction of a 330/33 kV substation;

e. conducting the necessary tests on the established objects;

f. Construction of the Tootsi Suursoo land improvement system;

g. Design and construction of a road passing through tootsi Suursood.

The purpose of the work is to obtain design and construction work by the turnkey method, which includes the delivery of all necessary equipment with the necessary design, installation and construction work, materials, equipment, studies, operations, construction work, labor, connection and modification of equipment, adjustment, inspection, testing, coordination, staff training and development of documentation
