The subject of the order is the delivery of coal mills up to 2500 tonnes to the SEC hospital boiler room with the parameters specified in the description of the subject matter of the order.

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the hospital boiler room of coal plant II A 23D in quantities up to 22500 tonnes, transport at the cost and risk of the contractor providing proper protection against external factors.

Purchased coal will be used for excise duty exempt pursuant to Article 31a (1) point 3 of the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (OJ. 2021.722t.j.)

Had carbon must be characterized by the following parameters:

a. calorific value min. 23000 kJ/kg

b. Granulation (grain) — up to 15 mm - max. 15%

c. ash content (non-combustible parts) max. 18%

d. sulfur content max. — up to 0,8%

e. humidity - 12%
