Lot 2: Professional and product liability insurance

Subagreement 3: Occupational injury insurance

Partial Agreement 4: Motor Vehicle Insurance

Lot 5: Marine and hull insurance

Delaftale 6: Executive and Managerial Liability Insurance

Reference is made to the respective requirements specifications in the tender documents.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of initial offers. No remuneration shall be paid to participants in the negotiations. Negotiations are conducted online via Teams, and the tender process includes a single negotiation phase.
