The system must include a SOC, SIEM, and an IRT service, plus security consultancy services. A SIEM tool must be delivered and operated by the tenderer at a predictable cost. The IRT personnel must be physically located close to the municipality to connect with us within reasonable time 24x7x365. The tenderer should be approved by NSM (the Norwegian National Security Authority) as a provider of services for managing cyber-attacks during the agreement period.

In addition to providing a SOC service, the tenderer shall also be an advisor on security for Malvik municipality. E.g., products, systems, expertise and threat intelligence.

A detailed description of the contracting authority's needs is specified in Appendix A - Requirement specifications (the censored edition). The tenderer will, during the prequalification process, not respond to these requirements, but the requirement specifications have been enclosed to provide as good a sketch of the assignment as possible. Please note that Annex A is partially censored due to safety reasons. The tenderes selected to participate in the tender contest will have access to a complete, uncensored version of the requirement specifications.
