The legislation requires every municipality to have an animal pound in order to fight against the wandering and wandering of animals on their territory. As no municipality of Montluçon Communauté has suitable premises, equipment and staff, it is appropriate to entrust this mission to an external service provider. The services are regulated by fixed prices. This consultation provides for any optional additional services as provided for in Article 2.4 of the Consultation Regulation.
