The House and the Safety Authority shall provide a framework agreement for technical audit of quality reports, as well as visual and discretioners for the preparation of statements of discretion in relation to complaints.

The Mentions House Secretariats serve a number of independent court-like boards.

This means that the House of Mentions deals with cases and prepares decision-making drafts for the mentions so that they can make correct decisions on time. In doing so, the House of Mentions supports a smooth, quick and accessible way of resolving conflicts when they arise between citizens, businesses and authorities.

The Safety Authority is part of the Ministry of Business and is in charge of technical security in Denmark. Among other things, the Safety Executive works on control and oversight in electricity, plumbing and consumer products.

The purpose of the tender is to secure a framework agreement that is easy to apply for both the Appraisers and the House of Mentions and the Safety Authority.

The House and the Safety Authority shall provide a framework agreement for technical auditing of quality reports, as well as visual and discretioners for the preparation of statements of discretion in relation to complaints (hereinafter referred to as the technical auditor and vision and discretioners as “Appraisers”).

The Framework Agreement shall be awarded to persons, based on their CVs and the fulfilment of minimum requirements therefor. It is therefore a requirement that the person assigned to the Framework Agreement shall carry out the tasks assigned to it under the Framework Agreement.

The discretioners will be assigned duties by the House and the Safety Authority respectively, in accordance with the guidelines set out in the tender material.
