The NI Ambulance Service currently use a mobile data terminal system provided by Thorcom Systems. This system is essential for the allocation of emergency 999 calls to emergency response vehicles. Due to the delay in the implementation of a replacement mobile data terminal system, it is essential that the current support provided by Thorcom for the existing system is extended for a period of 3 months to 31 August 2019.
