1. The item of the order is medical equipment delivery.

2. The contract is divided into 7 tasks (parts):

1) Task 1 - Delivery of the children's growth meter

2) Task 2 - Supply of non-contact thermometers

3) Task 3 - Delivery of radiosurgery equipment

4) Task 4 - Delivery of a smoke evacuator

5) Task 5 - Delivery of the dental unit

6) Task 6 - Delivery of a medical refrigerator

7) Task 7 - Delivery of the plate duplicator

3. The description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annexes No. 2.1 – 2.7 to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party authorizes the submission of tenders for individual parts of the order. An offer can be made for any number of tasks.

Delivery of a children's growth meter in accordance with Annex 2.1 to the SWZ

Delivery of non-contact thermometers in accordance with Annex 2.2 to SWZ.

Delivery of radiosurgery equipment in accordance with Annex 2.3 to the SWZ.

Delivery of a smoke evacuator in accordance with Annex 2.4 to the SWZ.

Delivery of the dental unit in accordance with Annex 2.5 to the SWZ.

Delivery of a medical refrigerator in accordance with Annex No. 2.5 to SWZ.

Delivery of the plate duplicator in accordance with Annex 2.5 to swz.
