The award of the contract concerns the provision of a guarantee line service of an unpromised nature, as a result of which the Ordering Party will conclude new contracts with up to four banks.

The Ordering Party is interested in concluding non-promised guarantee line agreements with a minimum guarantee limit for each of the agreements in the amount of PLN 150 million, with the total limit not exceeding PLN 700 million.

The term of the Agreement is 18 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The term of the Guarantee may not exceed the term of the Agreement.
