The subject of the order is comprehensive cleaning and:

1) maintaining cleanliness and order in the common parts of buildings (e.g. staircases, corridors, basements, dryers, attics, bicycles);

2) maintaining cleanliness and order of outdoor areas (paved and green areas, including walkways, internal roads, lawns, flower beds, discounts, playgrounds, places under trash bins, small architecture devices) including care (pruning, weeding, watering) greenery and snow removal in the winter and the display of trash cans in the indicated properties;

3) mowing lawns with the export and disposal of the resulting waste;

4) ad hoc cleaning of the property, including greenery care or additional mowing grass;

in properties located in the City of Katowice and managed by the Municipal Department of Housing Management in Katowice EB1.

3) mowing lawns with the export and disposal of the resulting waste;

4) ad hoc cleaning of the property, including greenery care or additional mowing grass;

in properties located in the City of Katowice and managed by the Municipal Department of Housing Management in Katowice EB1.

2. The order does not include snow removal of roofs and removal of icicles except visors above the entrance to buildings.

3. The order includes comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of cleanliness and order of properties located in the districts of Bogucice, Oak, Koszutka, Wołnowiec-Józefowiec and administered by EB-1; current areas covered by the order are: internal area in buildings: 20 688.14 sq. area of outdoor areas 220 373.69 m2, including the area of the lawns 112 529.95 m2;

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be included in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the proposed provisions of the contract together with the annexes where areas inside buildings are defined (Annex No 1), exterior surfaces including mowing lawns (Annex 2 to the designed the provisions of the contract), the standards of provision (activities, frequency) of services (Annex 3 to the proposed provisions of the contract) and other information specifying the size and scope of the subject matter of the contract.

5. Employment requirement for employment contract.

The Contractor or subcontractor shall be obliged to employ on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out activities under this contract, the performance of which consists in the provision of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 the Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended), i.e. persons designated for the implementation of the contract in the field of activities related to the current maintenance of cleanliness and order. On the Contractor of Pregnancy the obligation to ensure that subcontractors also meet all requirements for persons employed on the employment contract. The Contracting Authority does not require employment on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out ad hoc work related to grass mowing, plant care, snow removal or window washing and activities related to coordination of the performance of services. The requirement does not apply, inter alia, to natural persons engaged in business activities, officiating members of the Management or Supervisory bodies of the Contractor, partners of a public company or partnership, to the extent that they will perform personally services to the Contractor or the Contractor.

The method of documenting employment for the employment contract of persons carrying out the above-mentioned activities, the power to control the fulfillment of the employment requirement for an employment contract by the Contractor or subcontractor and penalties for failure to comply with these requirements, are set out in the proposed the provisions of the contract.
