The type of engines covered by this tender procedure is divided as follows:
— lot 1: engines TSR cod. 99000034 (COD dis: 232MESE121E),
— lot 2: engines TSR cod. 99000034 (COD dis: 232MESE121E),
— lot 3: TAF engines cod. 3002217 (dis: 2SEOF5116329).

The award will take place following an open procedure, according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous bid on the basis of the best quality/price ratio.
The procedure is entirely managed with telematic systems. The offer must be made by the date indicated in point IV.2.2) and in the manner indicated in the tender specification.
Competitors may request any clarifications related to this race by the end of 12:00 on 7.7.2021 using exclusively the messaging service of the online race ( area “messages”). Requests for clarification received by voice, telephone or in any case after the last date indicated above will not be taken into account. The clarifications on the call and/or any substantial information regarding this tender procedure, will be published by 16:00 on the day 9.7.2021, on the portal in the appropriate area “messages” or in the “attachments” area of this tender and will be visible to competitors qualified for the competition itself. In the matter of valiance, Article 89 of the Code applies.
The contracting station excludes candidates or competitors in the event of failure to comply with the provisions of the law in force, as well as the subsistence of the circumstances provided for by art. 80 of the code. They constitute further cause of exclusion: the useless course of the regularization period granted by the contracting station pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 9 of the Code; the existence of essential irregularities not remediable as deficiencies in documentation such as not to allow the identification of the content and the person responsible for it. Likewise, tenders which do not comply with the requirements laid down in the tender documents, the observance of which is provided for 'exclusion penalty' will also be excluded.

The contracting authority will send all communications via the portal. In the case of temporary groupings, EEIGs, aggregations of network companies or ordinary consortia, even if not yet formally established, the communication sent to the agent is considered validly made to all the economic operators grouped, aggregated or consortium members. In the event of use, the communication sent to the tenderer is considered validly made to all the auxiliary economic operators.
