The subject of the order includes the delivery and implementation of the Integrated Information System for the Brzeski Medical Center SPZOZ as part of the project “E-hospital — the creation of a digital system of telemedical information, collection, processing, archiving data for the Brzeski Medical Center in Brzegu” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of Opole Voivodeship 2014 to 2020 European Union Priority Axis 10. Investment in social infrastructure Action 10.3 — Social services.

The subject of the Agreement is the implementation of a digital telemedical information system, collection, processing, data archiving for Brzeski Medical Center SPZOZ with the introduction of a medical portal providing public e-services from the area of health, including the launch of 4 systems IT (hospital, radiological, laboratory and medical portal), implementation of 6 e-services:

1) 5 e-services at 4 levels of e-maturity aimed at patients (registration for appointment; SMS/email reminder of the date of a doctor's visit or examination; obtaining medical records by the patient; patient queue management; electronic hypertensive book);

2) 1 e-service at 3 level of e-maturity addressed to contractors (making medical records available to another facility);

consisting of the supply, installation, deployment and service of the Integrated Information System, including the configuration and commissioning of IT equipment with software, as well as training 320 people in the field of operation of deployed ICT systems.
