1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of bags made of LDPE or HDPE film together with a side weld and a pulling tape placed in a tunnel in the upper part of the bag and a print for selective collection of municipal waste. Total estimated number of all bags:
(a) Plastic and metal bags with a capacity of 120 litres in the amount of 1 750 000 pcs.
b) Paper bags with a capacity of 120 liters in the amount of 530 000 pcs.
c) Glass bags with a capacity of 80 liters in the amount of 600 000 pcs.

2. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered bags be brand new, made of LDPE or HDPE film, translucent, odorless and durable. The sides of the bag should be permanently welded, preventing tearing after loading, resistant to moisture and chemicals. Bags must not electrify.
3. The inscription on the bags should be one-color, one-sided, and the report every maximum of 15 cm. The quality of the print must not cause difficulties in reading the content on the bag. The execution of the matrix is the cost of the Contractor.
4. Bags should have a drawstring tape with a width of min. 40 mm placed in a tunnel at the top of the bag. Bag and tape form a set
5. The Ordering Party requires that the bags meet the following technical parameters and:
a) Some of the bags had a matrix print, the model of which is attached as Annex 9a to the SWZ:
I. Plastic and metal bags:
a. Yellow – for RAL palettes No. 1018,
b. Print in black,
c. Capacity 120 liters,
d. Size 700 x 1100 mm,
e. Strength not less than 10 kg,
f. Quantity: 1 700 000 pcs.
II. Paper bags:
a. Blue – from the RAL palette no. 5015,
b. Print in black,
c. Capacity 120 liters,
d. Size 700 x 1100 mm,
e. Strength not less than 15 kg,
f. Quantity: 500,000 pcs.
III. Glass bags:
a. Green – from the RAL palette No. 6017,
b. Print in black,
c. Capacity 80 litres,
d. Size 600 x 950 mm,
e. Strength not less than 15 kg,
f. Quantity: 600 000 pcs.
b) Some of the bags had a matrix print, the model of which is attached as Annex 9b to the SWZ:
I. Plastic and metal bags:
a. Yellow – from the RAL palette no. 1018,
b. Print in black,
c. Capacity 120 liters,
d. Size 700 x 1100 mm,
e. Strength not less than 10 kg,
f. Quantity: 50 000 pcs.
II. Paper bags:
a. Blue colour – from the RAL 5015 palette,
b. Print in black,
c. Capacity 120 liters,
d. Size 700 x 1100 mm,
e. Strength not less than 15 kg,
f. Quantity: 30,000 pcs.
6. Bags should be divided, separately rolled into rolls of 10 pcs. roll, packed in packs of 20 rolls, i.e. 200 pcs. bags in the package.
7. The Ordering Party informs that failure to meet the above requirements will result in the rejection of the offer.
8. The Ordering Party informs that the minimum amount of performance under the contract in question may not be lower than 60% of the number of bags specified in paragraph 1 above.
