1. The subject of the order is the task entitled "Modernization of land and building records in the area of registration precincts: Godów, Gołkowice, Skrbeńsko, Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Podbucze and Skrzyszów located in the registration unit of the Festivals of the Wodzisław Poviat".
2. The subject of the contract includes the implementation of 2 tasks:
a) Task 1 - all works for the following precincts: Godów, Gołkowice and Skrbeńsko;
b) Task 2 - all works for the following precincts: Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Podbucze and Skrzyszów.
Each task will be implemented in two stages.

1. The performance of works under the "Project for the modernization of land and building records" is aimed at supplementing the registration database and creating a full scope of the set of registration data in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Regional Development and Construction of 29.3.2001 regarding the registration of land and buildings (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 393) and modification of registration data to the requirements set out in the Regulation.
2. Scope of works envisaged to be carried out:
The subject of the contract includes the implementation of 2 tasks:
a) Task 1 - all works for the following precincts: Godów, Gołkowice and Skrbeńsko;
b) Task 2 - all works for the following precincts: Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Podbucze and Skrzyszów.
Each task will be implemented in two stages.
Stage I:
1) Liquidation of discrepancies in the subject data.
2) Supplementing the registration database with data on buildings and premises.
3) Modernization of the registration database in the field of built-up and urbanized land and built-up agricultural land, verification of other classification contours and land use.
4) Supplementing the database of land and buildings with registration data resulting from the provisions of the Regulation.
5) Loading data into the EGiB test database.
6) Completing the technical report.
7) Development control.
8) Preparation of the descriptive and cartographic survey project for lecture.
9) Reception of stage I.
Stage II
1) Presenting to the persons interested in the draft descriptive and cartographic survey.
2) Completing the annex to the technical report
3) Transfer of the developed data to the database kept by the Employer.
4) Completion of work.
3. Basic data about the commune:
1) recording area: about 3,802.6 ha,
2) number of plots: 14 855,
3) estimated number of buildings graphic part: 9 858.
The order must be completed within the required deadline: from the date of the contract until December 14, 2020, with the proviso that:
Task 1 - all works for the following precincts: Godów, Gołkowice and Skrbeńsko
- Stage I until November 25, 2019,
- Stage II until 24.2.2020.
Task 2 - all works for the following precincts: Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Podbucze and Skrzyszów
- Stage I until 15.9.2020,
- Stage II until December 14, 2020.
