The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for facilities used by the Employer's organizational units, including adjacent squares, pavements, external stairs, ramps for the disabled, and green areas used by JOPP in the region of the infrastructure division in Katowice.

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for facilities used by the Employer's organizational units, including adjacent squares, pavements, external stairs, ramps for the disabled, green areas used by JOPP in the region of the infrastructure division in Katowice .

2. The detailed scope of cleaning works and the frequency of their performance is included in Annex 1 to the contract template - Annex 3 to the ToR.

3. A detailed list of addresses and areas of buildings and premises subject to cleaning is included in Annex 2 to the contract template.

5. During the performance of the contract, the Employer requires employment under an employment contract within the meaning of art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended) of employees of the Contractor or subcontractor (including further subcontractors) performing activities that do not require specialized equipment and specified in the relevant Annex 1 to model contract, full-time or part-time, in the following areas:

(a) the operations referred to in point 1 of the Annex regarding the cleaning of office premises and other internal premises, excluding points 9, 14-20, 22, 24;

b) activities specified in item 2 of the Annex regarding cleaning of operating rooms and facilities of post offices (including the positions of micro-branches of Bank Pocztowy and Postal Financial Zones), excluding items 10-11, 17-23, 28;

c) activities specified in point 3 of the Annex regarding cleaning of sanitary rooms and passageways (including passenger and goods lifts), excluding items 12-18, 22;

d) the activities set out in point 6 of the Annex regarding the cleaning of hall and workshop rooms, excluding items 6, 10, 11, 14;

(e) the operations referred to in point 9 of the Annex regarding the cleaning of the hardened external surface, excluding points 7, 8.

6. A detailed description of the method of performing the contract is provided in the contract template, constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.

7. The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers.

8. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.

9. The Awarding Entity does not plan to conclude a framework agreement.
