The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works consisting in the extension of the county road No. 1837L from km 0+000 to km 7+700 on a section with a length of 7.70 km as part of the investment task entitled "Extension of the county road No. 1837L from km 0+000 to km 7+700 in the municipality of Leśniowice and Żmudź" implemented under the Government Fund Polish Ład: Strategic Investment Programme.
The material scope of the contract includes:
1) preparatory works,
2) earthworks,
3) dehydration,
4) foundations,
5) surfaces,
6) finishing works,
7) street elements,
8. marking,
9) strengthening the substrate with mattresses,
10) executive geodetic measurement,
11) reconstruction of connections (dismantling of overhead connections LV, dismantling of the LV overhead line, construction of cable connections, construction of metering cable, geodetic service).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the project documentation constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ, which consists of:
1) Construction project (including: land development design, architectural and construction design, technical design),
2) Construction and executive design of removal of power collisions (applies to the collision indicated in points 2.1-2.7 of the collision removal conditions),
3) Permanent traffic organization project,
4) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR),
5) Bills of quantities,
Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, the Contractor should base the valuation of the offer on the scope indicated in the project documentation. The bills of quantities attached to the SWZ are of an auxiliary nature, which is emphasized in § 4 section 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program.
