3. The Contracting Authority requires that the price of the offered drug reimbursed under drug programs or chemotherapy does not exceed:
(a) its gross wholesale price and
(b) the funding limit
specified in the reimbursement announcement of the Minister of Health valid as at the date of submission of the bids

Drugs available under the drug programme" or in part "C. Drugs used as part of chemotherapy in the entire range of registered indications and intended uses, and in an indication of a specific clinical condition".
