We would like tenders for the provision of TV channels and broadband for 133 flats in an apartment building in Claude Monets Allé 16 in Sandvika, Norway. We would like a 4 year contract period.

Colliers Property Management manages the property Claude Monets Allé 16 on behalf of the house owner, Bærum Kommunale Eiendomsselskap AS.

The property is an apartment building with 133 small flats and bedsits for rent. There is coax cabling from an exchange in the basement up to each individual flat.

We would like tenders for the provision of a standard channel package, broadband and the necessary technical equipment (decoder, etc.), for each of the 133 flats. The house owner will pay the TV and data costs for the residents, as this is included in their rent. The tenderer will, thus, only have one contract party to deal with.

The contract requires that the tenderer sees to connection to the exchange and distribution to each individual flat via the internal coax network in the building.

We would like a 4 year contract period, with a start-up of the delivery approx. 3 months after the contract has been signed.

Price will be weighted with 60 % and quality with 40 % when the received tenders are evaluated.
