The procurement concerns framework agreement painting works for renovation, reconstruction and extension work in the Client's property portfolio

Agreements will be signed with three (3) contractors if conditions exist. Call-offs are made according to the ranking principle, which means that the contractor who has received the lowest price is asked first.

In the case of larger contracts exceeding SEK 500,000, the client may carry out renewed competitive tendering within the framework agreement.
