The subject of this award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the procurement of certificate generator software including implementation support for the institutes and facilities of the Max Planck Society (MPG) and its associated facilities.

The framework agreement includes the following services:

a) Creation of an account with the main organization and sub-organizations or creation of an account per participating institute (depending on the requirements of the software)

b) Procurement of licenses (permanent or temporary transfer) and software maintenance

c) Services (consulting, consulting, training, ...) for the software offered
