With this call for tenders, Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin intends to procure a comprehensive portal solution (patient portal), including the necessary implementation services and software maintenance.

The tender is divided into two phases. Phase 1 will bring about the operational readiness of the portal and this phase will be financed by KHZG funding. After the completion of phase 1 with the successful "go live", phase 2 follows, which serves to maintain the operation of the portal.
