3.1 The subject of the contract is:1) Extension of the subscription for the used safety functions and the manufacturer's support and warranty for FORTINET devices until December 31, 2025 in accordance with the list of devices contained in Table 1 in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 2) Delivery of new safety devices with the parameters specified in Table 3 in Annex 2 to the SWZ. Devices must be supported and warranted by the manufacturer and include subscriptions for all safety functions from the date of signing the acceptance protocol until December 31, 2025. 3) Providing additional support and technical assistance in accordance with the description contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract. 3.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing technical specifications is specified in the OPZ constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.3 The quantities of devices delivered as part of the order to individual locations along with delivery addresses are indicated in the Delivery List constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.

3.1 The subject of the contract is:

1) Extension of the subscription for the used safety functions and the manufacturer's support and warranty for FORTINET devices until December 31, 2025 in accordance with the list of devices included in Table 1 in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2) Delivery of new safety devices with the parameters specified in Table 3 in Annex 2 to the SWZ. Devices must be supported and warranted by the manufacturer and include subscriptions for all safety functions from the date of signing the acceptance protocol until December 31, 2025.

3) Providing additional support and technical assistance in accordance with the description contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract.

3.2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract containing technical specifications is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3.3 The quantities of devices delivered as part of the order to individual locations together with delivery addresses are indicated in the Delivery List constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ

3.4 In connection with the critical information contained in the proceedings regarding the security of the ICT network infrastructure of the courts of appeal in Poznań, due to the confidential nature of the information contained in the SWZ, pursuant to Article 133(3) of the PPL, the Terms of Procedure Specification together with the annexes were divided into a part containing non-confidential information and a part containing confidential information.

In the application for sending the confidential part of the SWZ – Annex 10 to the SWZ, the identification data of the Contractor and the sign of the case to which the application relates should be provided. You should also provide an e-mail address to which files containing confidential information will be sent and a telephone number to which the Ordering Party will send the password to the encrypted data. The Contractor is obliged to keep the content of the information and documents made available to him confidential. The following Annexes are covered by this confidentiality clause:

a) Description of the Subject of the Order – Annex 2 to the SWZ

b) Offer form – Annex 1 to the SWZ

c) List of deliveries – Annex 5 to the SWZ

All information contained in this Terms of Contract is intended solely for the preparation of the offer and under no circumstances may it be used for any other purpose or made available to third parties not participating in the procedure, unless it is necessary and necessary to participate in the procedure and prepare the offer. The Contractor is obliged to maintain confidentiality as to the content of all documents and information obtained in connection with the conduct of these proceedings. In addition, after the completion of the procedure for the award of this public contract, the Contractor is obliged to destroy the documents reserved by the Contracting Authority as confidential provided to it. For violation of confidentiality, the Contracting Authority has the right to claim compensation from the Contractor on the basis of generally applicable law to such an extent as to fully compensate for losses.
