The City of Pieksämäki requests binding written tenders in accordance with the appendices to the procurement notice published in the Hilma notification channel for the use of the City of Pieksämäki Paving Contract 431425 / 2023 in the manner set out in this invitation to tender.
The City of Pieksämäki is asking you for a binding asphalt concrete paving offer for streets and other public areas for 2023.

The construction projects include streets and roads with public traffic located in different parts of the city of Pieksämäki, as well as other traffic and yard areas. The sizes of the paved sites vary from an estimated 400 m2 to 9000 m2, and not all sites can be paved continuously.
Works and procurements included in the contract
The contract includes paving, foundation and milling work on separately designated sites to the extent specified in the attached contract programme. In Annex 2, the areas, tonnage bands, etc. indicated on tabs 1 to 4. are estimates and indicate only the order of magnitude. Regardless of the type of coating, the contractor draws up or has drawn up a proposal for proportion, i.e. granularity and the binding and filling powder content (including any additives), according to what is stated in the tender documents. The relationship proposal must be approved by the client. The client reserves the right to reduce, increase or change the scope of the work or the objects during the contract. A change in quantities shall not justify a change in the unit prices given.
The contract comprises the following works, carried out in accordance with the documents set out in point 5.1(B) of this works programme.
• making, transportation, application and sealing of asphalt mass
• leveling and sealing of the bases • lifting work on wells and valves

• other work presented in this works programme and work and procurement carried out at unit prices.

The tender selection criterion in the section "selection based on the total price (cheapest price)" means, in this invitation to tender, the total price of the tab Tender forms 1 to 4 of Appendix 2 431425 / 2023 is the total contract tender price, which is the basis for comparison.
Appendix 2 431425 / 2023 The excel tables of the tender form do not contain a calculation formula, the tenderer must calculate the comparison prices, which will be transferred to the quotation price points of the invitation to tender.
Appendix 2 431425 / 2023 The tender forms must be downloaded filled out in the "Criteria of the object of procurement" section.
Any additional written explanations will be published no later than three (3) days before the last closing date of the tenders on the City's procurements website. The tenderer must verify whether the developer has provided further explanations.
