The basic mission of project management (building) includes the following elements:

- Summary (APS) and final (APD) preliminary draft;

- Project studies (Pro);

- Assistance to the client for the signing of works contracts (ACT);

- Execution studies (EXE);

- Direction of execution of works contracts (Det);

- Assistance during reception operations and during the period of guarantee of perfect completion (AOR).
