The subject of the contract are services consisting in periodic inspections of the third level of maintenance P3 (hereinafter referred to as the vehicle or vehicles) in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles contained in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) and Technical and Operational Documentation (DTR) in the scope of five EN63A series electric multiple units numbered; 001, 002, 004, 017, 018.

The subject of the contract is the inspection of the third maintenance level (P3) of five EN63A series electric multiple units:

- No 001, EVN ID 94 51 2 140 496-2, 94 51 2 140 497-0, 94 51 2 140 498-8,

- No 002, EVN identifier 94 51 2 140 499-6, 94 51 2 140 500-1, 94 51 2 140 501-9,

- No 004, EVN identifier 94 51 2 140 505-0, 94 51 2 140 506-8, 94 51 2 140 507-6,

- No 017, EVN identifier 94 51 2 140 539-9, 94 51 2 140 540-7, 94 51 2 140 541-5,

- No 018, EVN identifier 94 51 2 140 542-3, 94 51 2 140 543-1, 94 51 2 140 544-9,

production of NEWAG S.A. hereinafter referred to as "Vehicle or Vehicles, in accordance with the requirements and scope specified in the Agreement and in the technical documentation (DSU-Documentation of the Maintenance System, DTR-Technical and Operational Documentation, within the deadlines set out in the Agreement.
