The service to be acquired is the manning of pilots, high-speed pilot boats and hydrocopters located in Kalajoki, owned by Finnpilot and owned by Finnpilot. The service provider transports the piloters employed by the subscriber on boats it manned between the port and the pilot site at all times of the day and year and in all conditions.

The service being acquired also includes basic maintenance and maintenance of boats, and fuel supply.
