Preparation of photographic documentation for the promotion of the tourist product Pomeranian Canoe Routes, which should present the potential of water routes presented in the full tourist season, with the active participation of water units, kayaks and water sportsmen / canoeists visiting them, and the indicated facilities as places of sport and cultural events open to practicing canoe tourism; comprising a minimum of 700 standard (land) photos and a minimum of 300 pieces of aerial photographs, colorful, of high artistic value, taking into account the environment including vertical and horizontal frames for the indicated places and facilities referred to in Annex 2 to the contract.

I. Object of the contract.

1. Preparation of photographic documentation for the promotion of the Pomeranian Canoe Routes tourist product, which should present the potential of water routes presented in the full tourist season, with the active participation of water units, kayaks and water sportsmen / canoeists visiting them, and the indicated facilities as sports and cultural events open for canoe tourism; comprising a minimum of 700 standard (land) photos and a minimum of 300 pieces of aerial photographs, colorful, of high artistic value, taking into account the environment including vertical and horizontal frames for the indicated places and facilities referred to in Annex 2 to the contract.

2. From the photos taken, the Ordering Party will select approx. 350 standard photos and approx. 150 color aerial photos for the indicated places and objects, which constitutes a total of 500 photos.

3. The photos taken will be used for the purposes of information and promotion activities related to the implementation of the revitalization and promotion of Pomeranian Canoe Routes, in particular those involving the production of medium- and large-format prints, multimedia presentations, promotional publications, maps, website, production of films and promotional spots;

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in chapter 14 of the ToR - relevant provisions of the contract.

II. Requirements for the subcontract:

1. The Employer allows the Contractor to entrust the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors. In this case, the Contractor should indicate in the bid form the names of the subcontractors' companies together with the information. which part of the contract will be carried out with the participation of a subcontractor.

III. Requirements regarding employment for the performance of the order of persons referred to in art. 29 paragraph 4 points 1–4 Pzp:

The Employer requires employment by the Contractor to perform the contract:

1) the unemployed within the meaning of the Act of 20.4.2004 on employment promotion and labor market institutions;

2) adolescents referred to in the labor law, for the purpose of vocational training;

3) disabled persons within the meaning of the Act of 27.8.1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons;

4) other persons than those referred to in points 1, 2 or 3, referred to in the Act of 13.6.2003 on social employment (Journal of Laws of 2019, items 217 and 730) or in the relevant state regulations members of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

A maximum of 2 people, full-time.
