The subject of the tender is the construction of the new South East operations centre of the Schweizerhalle tunnel in Muttenz, Canton Basel-Landschaft.

The new building will be erected on an embankment between the SBB track field and the N02 national road. By means of a new utility line duct, the connection with the existing portal station of the Schweizerhalle tunnel will be established. The building is directly adjacent to the service route and thus benefits from good accessibility.

The building has 3 floors with a total area of approx. 490 m2. The connection to the ELT Ost is to be made via the existing portal. The building has an elongated shape and has a cantilevered part on the 2nd floor.
