The consultant will carry out a review of the current governance and legal status of PRIME; its operations; its financial arrangements; and its product offering in the context of the evolving international marketplace. Based on that assessment, the consultant will identify potential improvements of the current system and provide recommendations that the Steering Committee can draw on to optimize PRIME’s structure, operations and product offering, including a suggested roadmap and financial projections for its implementation.
