LEIA - a joint company that consists of five large European game companies - will procure partner(s) for game development through this announcement. Please see the tender documentation for further details. 

This procurement aims to enter into one or more non-exclusive framework agreement(s) for delivery and maintenance of digital lottery games (eInstants) for Lotteries Entertainment Innovation Alliance AS (LEIA) and it's clients. Currently LEIA has five clients who also are owners: Danske Lotteri Spil, la Francais de Jeux, Norsk Tipping, Veikkaus and Svenska Spel. With call-offs from LEIA the service provider will be responsible for the following core deliveries: 

- Develop, design and complete new digital lottery games (including tailors games) as ordered by LEIA and it's clients. 

- Develop, localise and adapt ‘eInstants’ (catalogue games) that will be used by LEIA and it's clients. The service provider will use the game development kits (GDK) and the engines supplied by LEIA and it's suppliers in order to carry out the core deliveries described above.
