Customers are mainly companies and businesses with a need to streamline and facilitate waste management in their indoor environment with climate-smart solutions. The goal for HEM is to sign a framework agreement with a supplier for a partnership and a long-term contractual relationship where the business can be developed.

The goal for HEM is to sign a framework agreement with a supplier for a partnership and a long-term contractual relationship where the business can be developed.
Systematic quality work
Bidders shall have quality assurance procedures in place to ensure that the contract is carried out in such a way that the agreed scope and quality are achieved and maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
Bidders may meet the above requirements through the options listed below:
Certificate according to ISO 9001 or equivalentor
Internally equivalent quality management system
The bidder's internal systematic quality work shall include at least:

routine for competence development in quality issues for the staff
routine for registration of regulatory requirements, decisions and regulations related to the business;
routine for how the subcontractors' work is quality assured
Routine for registration and handling of deviations and improvements
annual internal and/or external audit of the quality management system covering the quoted service
The requirements for systematic quality work as described above must be fulfilled no later than the start of the contract, and must be accepted by the tenderer.
The quality management system must be documented and be able to be reported to HEM upon request.
Examples of verificationProof that the quality management system requirement is met shall be provided upon request and may consist of:
Copy of applicable third-party certificate or Copy of protocol for impartially conducted internal or external audit of the quality management system.
The minutes shall, where appropriate, be dated, not more than one (1) year old and signed by the auditor.
