The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties and public utility facilities in the Przelewice municipality in the period from 01.01 to 31.12.2024. The order is divided into 2 parts. The first part of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or neutralization) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from properties located in the Przelewice Municipality where residents live. The description of the subject matter of the contract for Part I is attached as Appendix 3 and 5 to the Terms of Reference. The second part of the contract is the disposal of mixed waste from public utility facilities and municipal cemeteries located in the Przelewice Commune. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract for Part II is attached as Appendix 4 and 6 to the Terms of Reference.

The scope of the contract includes the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from properties located in the Przelewice Municipality where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) for the purposes of collecting and managing municipal waste from the residents of the Przelewice Commune, which will be located at a distance of no more than 35 km from the seat of the Przelewice Commune Office.
