Description:

The Provision of a CCTV and ANPR Fully Managed Service

GMCA is seeking to procure a new CCTV and ANPR fully managed service to support the policing activities of Greater Manchester Police (GMP) within the Greater Manchester region.

The key elements of the current CCTV and ANPR infrastructure are ageing and a number of elements are out of support. The contracts for the current CCTV and ANPR service are supported by a number of vendors which come to an end during 2021.

GMCA is seeking a partner to take on responsibility for the provision and maintenance of CCTV and ANPR services. This will initially involve maintenance and support of the existing estate to support immediate policing needs, but the service provider would lead the development of a roadmap for a new, fit for purpose CCTV and ANPR service to meet the current and future operational needs of GMP.
