Framework agreement concerning forging works at Roskilde CHP plant.

The framework agreement is divided into three lots.

Lot 1 concerns pressure forging work at Roskilde CHP plant, lot 2 concerns ongoing forging work at Roskilde CHP plant and lot 3 concerns annual audits of 2 furnaces at Roskilde CHP plant.

This subcontract concerns pressure forging works at Roskilde CHP plant.

The supplier must be able to carry out pressure forging work continuously, including acutely, throughout the year.

The Supplier must be able to carry out at least the following Works (non-exhaustive listing):

• Pressure forging tasks on boilers and boiler pipes,

• Welds of prefabricated junctions for new sensor pockets,

• Repairs of damage in boiler pipes by boiler bursting,

• Repairs of inconel pipes, and

• Prepare a condition report of the entire condition of the boiler for follow-up of recommendations the following year.

The supplier's blacksmiths for carrying out pressure forging work must have the necessary certificates for carrying out pressure forging works.

This subcontract concerns ongoing forging work at Roskilde CHP plant (not pressure-bearing).

The Supplier must be able to carry out at least the following Works (non-exhaustive listing)

• Repairs of conveyors such as augers, chain rators and conveyors,

• Maintenance, of mechanical wear parts and general mechanical processes,

• Installation of spare parts at drive stations and other moving parts,

• Assembly and welding tasks of new and/or renovated structures,

• Design of new wear parts, according to ARGO's instructions, for the mechanical parts of the incinerator,

• Troubleshooting of process equipment related to mechanical parts

• Functional control of equipment operated mechanically, and

• Analysis of fracture damage and troubleshooting based on same.

The works on this subcontract are limited to audit works that are expected to be completed in the period weeks 20-40 (2 times 3 weeks) and pit-stops, which are expected to be completed in the period from weeks 5-10 (2 weeks) at Roskilde CHP plant.

The skilled blacksmiths provided by the Supplier must be able to carry out at least the following Works (non-exhaustive list):

• Repairs of conveyors such as augers, chain rators and conveyors,

• Maintenance, of mechanical wear parts and general mechanical processes,

• Installation of spare parts at drive stations and other moving parts,

• Assembly and welding tasks of new and/or renovated structures,

• Design of new wear parts, according to ARGO's instructions, for the mechanical parts of the incinerator,

• Troubleshooting of process equipment related to mechanical parts

• Functional control of equipment operated mechanically,

• Analysis of fracture damage and troubleshooting based on same,

• Work with combustion grates, and be able to troubleshoot on the same,

• Cooperation with foreign supervisors who instruct correct work execution, and

• Replace spare parts in cooperation with supervisors from external companies
