Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Kleszczów municipality from inhabited properties and the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Kleszczów municipality from inhabited properties and the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
The scope of the contract includes:
a) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties and the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point;
b) Maintenance and operation of the municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point;
c) Organizing the collection of bulky waste, including collection, transport and management of waste once during each six months of the contract term (in spring and autumn) individually in front of inhabited properties;
d) Providing the owners of real estate inhabited for the duration of the contract with waste containers adapted to mechanical emptying – equipped with containers for the duration of the contract;
e) Collection, transport and management of waste separately collected at publicly accessible points.

Pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority allows for the award of single-source contracts within 3 years from the award of the basic contract to the existing Contractor for services constituting no more than 50% of the value of the basic contract and consisting in the repetition of similar services, i.e. collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties residing in the Kleszczów Commune. Single-source contracts are provided for in the contract notice for the basic contract. The value of single-source contracts has been taken into account in the calculation of the contract value in accordance with Article 31(1) of the PPL. Duplication of similar services referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL Act in the amount of up to 50% of the value of the basic contract may take place in the scope of one or more or all fractions of waste covered by the basic contract (depending on the needs). The supplementary order will correspond to the requirements and scope of the basic order, indicated by the Contracting Authority in the Terms of Reference and other appendices. Single-source contracts will be executed under the following conditions: - by a Contractor who is not subject to exclusion; - by the Contractor who meets, appropriately and proportionately to the nature and size of the contract, the conditions for participation in the procedure; - complying, appropriately and proportionately to the nature and size of the contract, with the terms and conditions of the contract, as in the procedure for the award of the basic contract. Single-source contracts will be awarded after an invitation to negotiate has been sent. Along with the invitation to negotiations, the Contracting Authority will provide the information necessary to conduct the procedure, including the proposed provisions that will be incorporated into the content of the public procurement agreement. At the latest along with the conclusion of the public procurement contract, the Contractor shall submit the statement referred to in Article 125(1) of the Public Procurement Law and the subjective means of evidence.
