Collection, transport and management of municipal waste, twice during the year of the contract, carrying out two actions promoting the collection and management of bulky waste and e-waste, organization and management of PSZOK together with the management of collected waste, collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in the course and after mass and occasional events indicated by the ordering party, equipping the property with bags for waste collection selectively collected in the colors specified in the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Łuków (on the principle of "bag for bag") necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system, transfer of separately collected waste and waste generated in the sorting process in order to clean selectively collected municipal waste in the first place to installations ensuring preparation for re-use or recycling.

4.4. The object of the order is:

4.4.1. the collection, transport and development of municipal waste created and collected from all properties located within the City of Łuków,

4.4.2. twice during the year of the contract to carry out two actions promoting the collection and management of bulky waste and e-waste,

4.4.3. the organisation and operation of the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in the area of the City of Łuków, together with the development of collected waste,

4.4.4. collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in progress and after mass and commemorative events indicated by the contracting authority,

4.4.5. The Contractor, as part of the provision of the service for the collection of municipal waste, will equip the property with bags for the collection of waste selectively collected in the colours specified in the Rules of Maintenance of Cleanness and Order in the City of Łuków (on a “bag” basis) necessary for due the operation of the waste management system.

4.4.6. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer selectively collected waste and waste from the sorting process in order to clean up selectively collected municipal waste first to installations providing preparation for reuse or recycling.

4.5. The area of the City of Łuków is 35.75 km2 (3575 ha). The population of the city as of 31.12.2021 is 28 172 inhabitants. The city of Łuków is characterized by a negative rate of population growth.

4.6. After analyzing each property of the City of Łuków, the estimated number of people living as at 31 December 2021 amounted to 25069 people, of which about 49% live in single-family housing, the remaining approx. 51% of residents are inhabited in multi-family buildings.

4.7. Number of real estate:

4.7.1. the estimated number of single-family properties inhabited by approx. 4 650,

4.7.2. the number of multi-family buildings approx. 175 blocks,

4.7.3. the estimated number of properties on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated is approx. 868.

4.8. The above data may change as a result of population migration. The number of inhabited and uninhabited properties may change to a small extent

as a result of commissioning and habitation of new buildings or depopulation.

4.9. The Contractor shall receive a database from the Contracting Authority within 7 days of signing the contract

in the form of access to the program used by the Ordering Party to operate the municipal waste management system for one position. The database will be

contained a list of properties covered by the municipal waste collection system. The Contractor will receive all information from the Ordering Party once a week

changes made by property owners relating to the provision of waste collection services (e.g. change in the size of the container, frequency of collection, quantity and capacity of containers, inclusion/exclusion of the property into the system). The Contractor is obliged to enter these data into the Contractor's System immediately after receiving the notification from the Ordering Party, but no later than 3 working days from the date of submitting the notification by the Ordering Party and within this period take into account changes in the manner of providing the service.

4.10pm. National, provincial, county and municipal roads occur in Łuków Town,

with a total length of approximately 106,640 m.
