The object of the service is the scientific support of the REHAPRO project “AGiL Görlitz”, which is carried out in the job center in the district of Görlitz on the basis of the funding guideline for the federal program “Innovative Ways to Participate in Working Life − RehaPro” in cooperation with the carrier FAW gGmbH Akademie Bautzen (hereinafter referred to as FAW) is carried out.

The aim is to evaluate the implementation of innovative measures, approaches, methods and organizational models and how to achieve their goals.

The duration of scientific monitoring extends from 01.07.2022 to 31.10.2026.

The service is distributed across all 5 locations of the Görlitz district job center: Weisswasser, Niesky, Löbau, Görlitz and Zittau.

A total of 300 — 600 employable beneficiaries (hereinafter referred to as ElB) from the Görlitz district job center can participate in the project over the duration of the project.

Within the framework of scientific support, the contractor should assist in operationalizing the project objectives, assessing project progress and quality assurance.

The scientific support is intended to help create a better basis for verifiability of the target achievement of the model approach. As part of his work, the contractor promotes a common understanding of goals between all parties involved. It collects and documents data on the basis of which statements can be made about target achievement. The contractor supports the further development of the AgiL Görlitz model project through annual interim analyses.

The scientific support includes the collection of individual data. The client is expected to provide suitable data collection that depicts both qualitative and further quantitative data at various measurement times. This data is intended to provide information on which changes and project consequences can be observed at individual case level and across cases from different perspectives.

Within the framework of scientific support, network development, stabilization and expansion will be monitored and continuously supported with findings from suitable surveys and formats.

In addition, the transfer of knowledge and the perpetuation of the innovative approach to action should be promoted.
