Uraka targets a residential apartment building for block 60070 on block 03 of the city of Vantaa 60. The property number is 92-60-70-3.
The acquisition involves the design and construction work of one 5-storey house. The house has about 60 apartments in total. The scope of the project is 3200 k-m².
In its bid, the KVR contractor presents sketches of plot use and massing, preliminary station drawing, preliminary base, facade and cutting diagrams, and a preliminary building method statement. The KVR chore includes ground research and base building design, acoustic and fire technical design, data model coordination, application of splice meeting statements and lead map information, and construction of car locations required by the project on the LPA lot.
The project's low carbon target is to be about 10% lower than houses built under current regulations. Each phase of the project design phase calculates a carbon footprint and find the solutions that support low carbon or carbon neutrality that best fit for each phase.
For hemp concrete, the project is to examine the potential for the use of hemp concrete bullion in structural parts of the block building, as well as the impact of hemp concrete on the total carbon footprint of the target. In the construction of the object, hemp concrete is used, if possible, on non-load-bearing walls of the 1st floor. In addition, the project can create a pilot platform to support the launch of industrial manufacturing of hemp concrete bullion in Finland.
The project will be financed by an ARA interest subsidy loan and will be carried out according to the Nordic Swan Mark criteria.
