1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a new surgical robot to the Ordering Party's headquarters.
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) execution of the ceiling reinforcement project along with obtaining a building permit,
2) execution of ceiling reinforcement,
3) delivery of a brand new, manufactured after January 1, 2023 surgical robot with equipment and accessories along with assembly, commissioning and performance of the necessary tests and calibrations,
4) conducting training of the Ordering Party's staff in the use of the medical device referred to in point 3 above,
5) disassembly and sale of the old da Vinci surgical robot type Si HD owned by the Ordering Party, year of manufacture 2010, serial number SH0550, manufacturer Intuitive Surgical.

3. Detailed requirements for the minimum technical and utility parameters of the surgical robot are included in Annex 7 to the SWZ. Reconditioned and demonstration equipment shall not be permitted. The offered surgical robot must be free from any physical (construction) and legal defects.
4. The required minimum warranty period for the surgical robot with its equipment and accessories is 24 months from the date of commissioning.
