Iris Salten IKS and it's subsidiary companies need to have audits in accordance with company law, including group audits.

A contract will be entered into with one (1) audit company concerning the statutory audit of Iris Salten IKS and it's subsidiary companies, preparation of complete Annual Financial Statements with notes for the companies and the group as well as submission of assessment documents to Altinn and accounts to the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Iris Salten IKS and Iris Service AS are to be audited in accordance with the self-cost principle.
