Tampere University Foundation sr (University of Tampere, TAU) invites your tenders to the distribution service of printed Finnish monographs in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The object of the procurement is the delivery service of printed Finnish monographs as an on-demand delivery process to delivery addresses specified by the customer. The object of the procurement is mainly Finnish scientific and professional literature. Brokerage service means that the Customer places an order through the Supplier's electronic order channel, and the Products are delivered to the delivery addresses provided by the Customer.

The purpose of the acquisition is to select a literary brokerage service published in Finland, through which Tampere University Foundation sr (University of Tampere, TAU) acquires book materials for its library's collections and other organisational uses. The University reserves the right to order books from other suppliers if necessary.

The client selects one supplier with whom to enter into a contract. The procurement volumes specified in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the client.

The agreement is scheduled to start in January 2024.
