The district of Recklinghausen intends to award planning services (technical building equipment without control center planning) for a new district control center in Recklinghausen.

In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, brief information on the project, the key performance points of the tendered service and the handling of the award procedure according to VgV is available for download via the award platform "Vergabemarktplatz NRW - Vergabesatellit Metropole Ruhr" under the project access of this award procedure (cf. section I.3)).

The district of Recklinghausen intends to award planning services for a new district control center in Recklinghausen.

Within the framework of the present procedure, the following planning services are to be awarded:

- Specialist planning services for technical building equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI:

-- Work phases 1 to 9 (plant groups 1 to 8, without control center planning)

- Special services for technical building equipment:

-- Participation in demand planning

-- Creation of the technical part of a room book (LPH 2, incl. update)

-- Participation in an in-depth cost calculation (LPH 2/3)

Note: The other required object and specialist planning services (buildings, structural design and

Control centre planning) are awarded within the framework of separate award procedures.

The awarding of the services to be provided is carried out in stages (stage 1: basic assessment and preliminary planning)
