A project manager to overlook the delivery of the Warm Homes Fund. They will be overlooking the identification of households and
installation of first time central heating systems and insulation measures in approximately 120 households, in the County of Ceredigion.
Ceredigion County Council Housing Service Team has been successful in a capital bid for funding under the National Grid’s Warm Homes Fund (https://www.affordablewarmthsolutions.org.uk/warm-homes-fund/overview) and is now seeking a project manager to
oversee the work.
The aim of the scheme is to reduce fuel poverty by improving comfort levels and lowering fuel costs within households in Ceredigion through the installation of a variety of heating solutions. These installations will be in privately owned
residential properties with the work being financed from a number of sources, including Warm Homes Fund, with match funding from ECO.
The project will run over 10 months commencing in July 2021, and aims to deliver 120 first time central heating installations with accompanying insulation measures into energy inefficient properties housing vulnerable households.
