The competition is for the procurement of architect and consultancy services for planning a new swimming pool at Kjølnes. The new swimming pool will be situated close to the Porsgrunn hall (handball hall with the accompanying facilities), the Healthy Life Centre (office building), existing swimming pool (that shall be closed).
