The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining cleanliness in the facility of the Court of Appeal in Łódź located at al. Kościuszki 65 along with maintaining the cleanliness of external areas, snow removal and providing hygienic measures necessary for this. 1. The subject of the contract is a cleaning service in the facility of the Court of Appeal
in Łódź located at al. Kościuszki 65 along with maintaining the cleanliness of external areas, snow removal and providing hygienic measures necessary for this. The building of the Court of Appeal is under the protection of the conservator. The scope of the service includes m.in .:
1.1. Maintaining cleanliness in the facility:
a) cleaning of office rooms, courtrooms, toilets, corridors and staircases with a total area of approx. 8787.34 m2 including maintenance and polishing of floors – using the Contractor's cleaning products and equipment, including replenishment of dispensers in toilets with liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper, which is provided by the Contractor in accordance with the specification of dispensers in the Ordering Party's equipment, which will constitute Annex No. 1c "specification of dispensers and consumption calculation" to the model contract – daily;
b) washing the external and internal surfaces of windows, in the main hall from the side of the car park and the street on an ongoing basis as needed, at least once a month,
c) washing windows and window sills - 2 times during the term of the contract,
d) acrylic of epoxy floors in the underground garage
- 1 time during the term of the contract.
1.2. Cleaning of outdoor areas with snow removal
Removal and cleaning of snow, ice and slush from sidewalks as well as parking spaces.
2. A detailed scope of services, a list of rooms, areas, scope of activities and data on the minimum number of people employed for cleaning and their working time – are specified in Annex 1 "scope of service" to the model contract. Data on the minimum number of persons (indicated in italics) are provided in order to enable contractors to develop optimal solutions regarding the composition of cleaning staff and to calculate costs.
